Art Songs from Russia, Serbia & Spain

An evening of art songs performed by mezzo-soprano Nataša Rašić and pianist Nenad Ivović.

Welcome to ART SONGS from Russia, Serbia & Spain! Join us at the Church Hall of the Serbian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Sava on Friday, November 14, for an exciting evening of music by Rachmaninov, Mussorgsky, Verstovsky, de Falla, Mokranjac, Binički, and Konjović. This is a benefit concert for the restoration of the St. Sava Cathedral.

The featured artists are talented young musicians — mezzo-soprano Nataša Rašić and pianist Nenad Ivović. Miss Rašić has recently appeared as Carmen at the Belgrade Opera House, while Mr. Ivovic is working at the Hartt School of Music (Hartford University) as a Collaborative Pianist and a Chamber Music Coach.

The concert will be followed by a reception and an opportunity to meet the artists.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Admission: Donation at the door (cash, check, or Zelle)
