Tara Downs is excited to host an acoustic musical performance with Dara Hart, accompanied by Todd Keller (guitar), Terrence Pompey (dholak), and George Crotty (cello). Meditation will be led by Dara during the concert.

Dara channels her sound to not only cultivate peace and joy but also to activate a connection with her audience. From training grounds to transcendent space, Dara holds teaching and facilitates the experience of physical, meditative, and artistic modalities, including group & personal training, boxing, yoga, music, reiki, and yoga therapies. In 2017, she founded her digital studio, offering clients one-on-one and group sessions across the movement, meditation, and healing arts.

Dara’s sound weaves ambient frequencies, soulful world percussive beats, spiritual instruments, lyrical depth, and vocal richness, to heal, liberate, remember the love, and recognize the Sacred that exists in all.

She is currently in collaboration with Grammy Platinum Awarded Musician and Record Producer Arden Altino to create a series of 8 meditation-style compositions that integrate transcendental meditative vibe and hip-hop-world beats, spoken word, music, and mantra with the hopes to help listeners clear, center, elevate, and experience their inner peace.
