Holiday Jazz & Soul Free Concert at Central Library with Cody Childs & Trio
Cody Childs & His Trio will perform an eclectic array of songs representing music from the genres of jazz and soul, spanning the 50s, 60s, and 70s for the holidays. This concert includes tributes to such artists as Nat King Cole, Roberta Flack, Johnny Hartman, Smokey Robinson, Burt Bacharach, Curtis Mayfield, Stevie Wonder, and others who have made major contributions to American music.
