Dress in the costume of your choice, or bring your flashiest masks or beads!
I will also hand out masquerade masks to the first 200 guests who didn’t bring a costume & would like one!
The masks we’re giving away are very basic so feel free to bring a flashier mask, a costume of your choice or beads & express your individuality!
Admission to this party is FREE until 8 PM, then $10 from 8-11 PM if you’re on my list.
The general public pays $20 after 5 PM so come early & tell the doorman that you’re there for Andy Troy’s party then take the REAR elevators to the top floor & party for FREE like a VIP!

The Rooftop Garden is a hot-spot in the summer and a not-to-be-missed winter experience with its heated outdoor Rooftop Garden and legendary hooded red fleece robes which are given to guests upon their arrival.
