Webinar “Tools of Engagement: Using Tech Tools to Increase Student Interactivity and Purposeful Feedback”

Interaction. Choice. Creativity. Constructive feedback. In a Google-able world, presenting students with information to memorize and spit back simply doesn’t work. This edWebinar will be chock full of ideas and resources for teachers and administrators to use for increased student and staff engagement and interactivity with academic content. Attendees will also learn about some new time-saving resources for providing purposeful feedback and increasing student ownership. Everyone will leave with something new and some “aha” tips that you’ll want to share at your next team meeting!

This edWebinar is part of our Emerging Tech series on The Portrait of a Modern Learner. During the course of this year, we are presenting a series of edWebinars that address the traits and skills required for today’s students to be successful both now and in life beyond school. We examine various facets of school life at all levels, leaving participants with myriad resources and immediately applicable action steps to make a student-centered modern classroom a reality.

This edWebinar will be of interest to teachers, librarians, school and district leaders, and education technology leaders of all grade levels. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
