World Diabetes Day Webinar “Insights for better living”
Join us for an exciting online event where you can learn valuable insights for better living with diabetes or for preventing diabetes. It is more important to prevent the occurrence of disease than to seek a cure. Our expert speaker Mr Ravi Subramanian will share practical tips and strategies about the topic.
Australia has a high proportion of migrants with an increasing migration rate from India. Type II diabetes is a long-term condition common amongst the Indian population. Diabetes can cause serious health problems, such as heart disease, stroke, and eye and foot problems. Prediabetes also can cause health problems. The good news is that type 2 diabetes can be delayed or even prevented. The longer you have diabetes, the more likely you are to develop health problems, so delaying diabetes for even a few years will benefit your health.
