Brief Bio: Arlene Samsel

Arlene Samsel brings a unique blend of expertise in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. With a background as an elementary school teacher and years of experience as a public musician, she possesses a wealth of knowledge. Arlene also served as the director of a camp where she imparted meditation skills to children.

Having practiced meditation for 25 years, Arlene has conducted numerous meditation workshops and retreats. Her firsthand experience allows her to speak authentically about the pivotal role of meditation in enhancing the lives of busy individuals. Arlene, along with her husband, has successfully raised a family of three children and currently resides in New Brighton, Minnesota.
