This workshop is specially designed to help guests learn more about stepping into the role of a successor trustee, including the laws and specific duties laid out in Oregon law. Our goal is to give future trustees an idea of what to expect from the job, how to identify and document required information, and when to seek professional assistance with trust settlement.
