Talks with MS are proud to host a series of webinars in partnership with the MS Society to discuss different aspects of MS in the Black Community.

Join Terri-Louise who is the founder of Talks with MS as she guides us through an evening with a panel to discuss Brain Health and MS.

Brain Health refers to remembering, learning, planning, concentrating, and keeping a clear and active mind. The panel will be discussing ways to keep an active and healthy mind and share any lifestyle changes and tips to manage.

What will I need to take part in?

All you need to join in is a laptop/tablet/phone/computer with a stable internet connection to use Zoom, the video meeting software that we use.

How do I join the webinar?

Before the event, you will receive emails from both the Living Well team and Eventbrite which will have a link to the webinar. You can follow this link when the webinar is due to start. Alternatively, you can access it through your Eventbrite account.

When I join the webinar can other people see or hear me?

No, you can’t be seen or heard by other participants.

Can I ask questions?

Yes, usually you can ask questions and make comments. The facilitator will tell participants about how to do this. Please note we can’t respond or offer advice to questions about your specific circumstances or anything relating to your own personal health. Questions will be collated and we will try to cover your queries if not your specific question.

What if I haven’t been sent the link?

We send an email with a link to everyone who completes the registration form on Eventbrite and books a place, so please enter your email address carefully when registering. The email we send might go into your spam or junk folder, however, you should also be able to access the webinar through your Eventbrite account.
