This course helps entrepreneurs at any stage define what content will build that loyalty with their customers. By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Understand the role of non-promotional content in a marketing strategy
• Apply a framework for developing and assessing your own marketing content
• Define the language your customers use to describe their needs and desires
• Identify ideas for marketing content that will work for your business

This course is the second module in the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) six-module Digital Marketing series. We encourage you to complete the first module, “Developing a Marketing Strategy,” before you take this course.
