Webinar “Building Positive School Cultures From the Inside Out”

Are your teachers, administrators, and students feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stressed, or disconnected? In this edWebinar, you’ll learn about hands-on activities that can strengthen collegial and student relationships and personal well-being. The presenters will examine the connection between school climate and teacher effectiveness, satisfaction, and retention and explore ways to develop and leverage teachers’ leadership skills to build a more positive school culture.

Join this session for an interactive exploration of concrete steps leaders and teachers can take to increase trust, build collective efficacy, and produce positive schoolwide change. You’ll leave with specific ideas and routines to jump-start this effort in your school community.

This edWebinar will interest K-12 and adult education teachers and school and district leaders. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
