About The Speakers:

Chloe Sanducci, Project Manager, Project Unicorn | InnovateEDU

Chloe is the Project Manager for Project Unicorn, a coalition of 18 organizations collaborating to support & promote the use of data interoperability & open data standards in K12 education. Previously, Chloe joined Teach For America’s Bay Area Corps to teach 7th & 8th-grade math in Richmond, California. She also taught middle school math to 5th grade at Williamsburg Collegiate Charter School in Brooklyn. Chloe has spent the past 3 years working at the EdTech company EVERFI where she trained educators on web-based courses, and collaborated with district administrators to bring critical life skills to the classroom.

Ariana Bauer, Senior Software Architect and Lead Product Manager | CPSI

Ariana Bauer has been with the company for over 25 years and is a key player for CPSI. She started as a software developer and quickly moved to become a lead product manager and software architect. Her key areas of expertise are data interoperability and integration. Ariana is a strong supporter of Girls Who Code and supports girls who are wanting to enter the engineering and computer science fields.

Ian Lotinsky, VP of Product, Engineering, & Design | Imagine Learning Classroom

Ian serves as the VP of Product, Engineering, & Design for Imagine Learning Classroom, a software as a service product that powers several K 12 core curriculum products from authoring and customization to educator and student use, assessments, data insights, and integrations with district systems. Imagine Learning Classroom is the relatively new brand name for what was called LearnZillion. Ian joined LearnZillion as a VP in 2013 and helped it rise in popularity to a third of the nation’s teachers. Imagine Learning acquired LearnZillion in 2019. In his spare time, he made an augmented reality game for Apple devices called Farhaven AR.

Janine Caffrey-Walker, Senior Advisor & Executive in Residence | Avanthon Capital

Janine Walker-Caffrey is a commercially minded educator with deep roots in K-12 schools. She started out as a special education teacher and served in a variety of school leadership roles including Superintendent of Schools in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. For the past 8 years, Janine has been working in the edtech space. Past roles include CEO of Lexplore, Inc. and Chief Research Officer of Reading Plus. Janine is currently a senior advisor and executive in residence for Avathon Capital. She holds an Ed.D., and MBA, is the author of two parenting books, and proud grandmom to Jane, Duncan, and Boone.
