Webinar “Discover Virtual Resources Improving Accessibility to Global Experiences”

For many students, exposure to the multitude of opportunities and environments that exist in the world is limited due to a lack of resources. High-quality digital content that allows students to explore the world around them is essential to improving access to remarkable learning experiences. Global social impact partners have joined forces with Discovery Education to develop no-cost virtual field trips that connect classroom learning to present challenges, future possibilities, and potential career pathways shaping the world we live in.

These unique virtual events let K-12 educators take students to amazing places and give them extraordinary experiences, without ever leaving the classroom. Each video is available on-demand and comes with a companion guide packed with standards-aligned, hands-on learning activities. Join us as we explore this catalog of no-cost tools and discuss best practices for implementation in the classroom.

This edWebinar will be of interest to K-12 teachers and school leaders. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
