Join us for an important conversation about brain health and cognitive wellness.

On May 25th, we’re hosting a free webinar with Leigh Graham, owner of Vintage Fitness, and featuring Cindy Cashman, RN, Executive Director of Qualicare, discussing the lifestyle factors that support—and those that can help prevent — cognitive decline.

Cognitive health is fundamental to aging well. As we age, many of us worry about memory, focus, and the possibility of cognitive decline. The good news is that how lifestyle affects brain health is significant, and there’s much we can do to support our cognitive wellness.

The physical activity we engage in, our sleep habits, social connections, and nutrition all influence brain function and cognitive health. This free webinar explores these lifestyle factors, helping you understand what contributes to cognitive decline and, more importantly, what can help mitigate it.
