The goal of this edWebinar is to make managing enrollment and online payments through technology a breeze. We want you to increase enrollment and maximize revenue for your out-of-school-hours programs.

In this edWebinar, you’ll learn how to create effective registration forms, best practice tips for offering online payments, how payment processing fees work and how to use technology to lower your processing costs, and how to manage refund requests. You’ll also learn best practice tips for effective communication about your programs to parents, and using technology with colleagues to stay organized and on top of enrollment, rosters, program reporting, check-in, and program fees.

About the Presenters

Edgar Carrasco is the vice president of business development at Regpack, an online payment management platform. An outstanding professional with a passion for success, Edgar brings more than 20 years of experience in client service and banking to Regpack. He holds a BBA from Northwood University and continues to draw on his talents for strategy and communication to mediate, analyze, and resolve complex business challenges. He also has grown the company’s payments volume from several thousand dollars per month to over $100 million annually.

Samantha Avneri is the marketing director at Regpack, an online payment management platform. She has more than 10 years of experience at a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company with the ability to manage partnerships, campaigns, and aggressive growth goals. Her background in program and payment management first led her to Regpack as a client, and then as part of the team. She brings to Regpack a wealth of experience in managing PPC and paid campaigns, SEO, and organic inbound content strategies. She holds a B.A. from New York University and an M.A. from Ben-Gurion University and excels at collaborating with teams to take campaigns from ideation to execution.
