Learn some new ways to improve your wellbeing, performance and self-confidence and navigate your life with a new state of mind?

This mental fitness session will show you how you can keep yourself on an even keel in situations which seem unfamiliar or daunting.

We’ll introduce you to:

  • Your paradigm and how it can influence your everyday behaviour
  • How to transcend negative experiences so that you can improve your relationship with yourself and with others
  • Some new and practical skills for a happier, healthier mindset

About the speaker

The session is led by Ashley Bookman, whose current ambition is to make a productive level of mental health accessible to all. Our ‘Power Your Mind’ webinar is an introduction to the ‘Optimising Your Own Performance’ programme.
