Free Workout — Step Aerobics

Step aerobics is a form of exercise that involves stepping up and down on a platform, following the rhythm of music and the instructor’s cues. Step aerobics can improve your cardiovascular fitness, coordination, balance, and agility. It can also strengthen your lower body muscles, such as your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

Ab Event is a fitness studio that offers a variety of classes and events for all levels and interests.
