Meet On Our Lower Level at 6:30 pm for a Run to The West Side and Back. The Run is approx 4 miles. Bag Check is available. Subscribe to our newsletter to learn more.

The Run

Option 1: Tempo/Fartlek/Speed workout with Coach Brian.

• 1-mile warm-up to the West Side Highway
• 16и90 seconds at HM Pace, 60 seconds off.
• Cooldown back to Paragon

Option 2: Easy 4-mile conversational run.

• 1-mile warmup to West Side Highway
• 2 easy paced miles on the West Side Highway Running Path
• 1-mile cooldown back to the store

A bag check will be available. Bring your own water. After the run stick around for beer on tap in our new lounge, plus raffles and food.
