“Speak No Evil” (2024) is a psychological horror-thriller directed by James Watkins, serving as a remake of the 2022 Danish film of the same name. The story follows a British family, parents Rupert and Emily and their daughter Rosie, who befriend a Dutch family, Patrick and Karin and their son Abel, during a holiday in Tuscany. Months later, the Dutch family invites them to their remote countryside home for a weekend getaway.

Initially charmed by their hosts’ hospitality, the British family soon begins to notice increasingly unsettling behavior, from subtle social transgressions to outright psychological manipulation.
