Movie Night “Coco before Chanel”
The young Coco Chanel works as a dressmaker by day and cabaret hostess by night. Then she met a wealthy heir who made her his mistress and stylist. Coco could no longer stand the floral hats, tight corsets, and drawstrings that defined women’s fashion. She used her lover’s clothes to launch a line of elegant garments, propelling her to the top of Parisian haute couture.
