Film Screenin of “Coded Bias”
The Anti-Racism Committee of St John’s in the Village presents a screening of Shalini Kantayya’s award-winning film Coded Bias.
Artificial intelligence (AI) increasingly governs our liberties and shapes our lives. Yet, instead of being neutral or objective, AI reproduces society’s biases against people of color, women, and the poor. Coded Bias investigates the human consequences of granting unconstrained power to algorithms.
