Missing Details — A Solo Exhibition by Virág Vida
The exhibition explores the tension between the visible and the invisible. Vida’s work suggests that reality is always fragmented, leaving “blind spots” that the viewer must reconstruct through imagination. The show is structured into three parts: two retrospective selections from her previous solo shows and a main body of approximately 20 new works.
Technique & Installation
Vida’s signature style builds upon single-line ink skeletons layered with watercolor and acrylic—not as decoration, but as conceptual counter-weights. The exhibition also includes Missing Movements, a 20-minute looping video installation where dance is used to explore historical absence, based on the aftermath of Hiroshima.
