New York Portrait Company’s “Made in the Bronx” exhibit will be shown as a special event for one day only at the Andrew Freedman Home in the Bronx. This is a FREE exhibit and was made possible through an arts grant from the Bronx Council on the Arts and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs. The photography project will feature portraits of some of our elderly neighbors in the Bronx. Most of the participants have lived here for most if not all, their lives. Audio snippets from participants will enhance the images of our Bronx seniors (playable via QR code on your personal mobile device).
