Haiku of A New York Minute: Solo Exhibition + Book Launch
Haiku of a New York Minute is a compilation of 83 short poems and selected paintings projecting the raw realizations of an observant native from Jackson Heights, Queens. In his self-publication debut, visual artist Adrian Bermeo writes to reflect a neighborhood witness along with highlighting some of NYC’s social awareness, diverse ecosystems, and imperfect dynamics which make this Gotham one of the most unique voices in American culture — a culture that is in jeopardy.
