Portfolio Development: The Annual Exhibition
Portfolio Development is an independent study photography course sponsored by the prestigious Soho Photo Gallery. The annual exhibition is a juried show of the best work this season’s photographers have produced. Each photographer has also published a book of their photographs which will be on display as well.
The gallery will be open this week from 12 noon — 6 pm for public viewing and feature after-hours events each evening.
The Opening Reception will be on Wednesday, June 7, from 6 pm-8 pm.
Among the after-hours events happening at the gallery during the week are:
- June 6: Building a Body of Work and Finding an Audience with Stephen Frailey and APA-NY (7 PM)
- June 7: The Opening Night Reception (6-8 PM)
- June 8: Fine Art Printing (and a Print Crit) with APA-NY and Hahnemuhle (5:30 PM)
- June 9: Abstract Street Photography with Linda Hacker (7 PM)
