Floriade is a world horticultural exhibition that takes place in the Netherlands once every 10 years. Floriade 2022 will be the 7th time that the exhibition is held in the Netherlands, and on this occasion, it takes place in Almere, nearby Amsterdam. At the international exhibition, we will discover green ideas from national and international innovators that will hopefully make our cities more beautiful, more sustainable, and perhaps more fun too. We will also enjoy the many varieties and hues of flowers, plants, vegetables, and fruit that will be on display. As we walk through the arboretum we will discover a living, alphabetically-organized tree and plant encyclopedia full of a variety of plants of all shapes and colors. Over 40 countries will present their culture, plants, flowers as well as local innovations at Floriade. Are you ready for a trip with me around the gardens of the world?
