In this calming and creative session, you’ll be guided through a visualization exercise to help you imagine a safe mental space you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming.
The first part of the session offers a gentle, meditative experience to help you slow down, be present, and access a more peaceful state of mind.
In the second part, you’ll bring your imagined sanctuary to life through mindful art-making. Using any materials you have on hand, you’ll be guided with simple prompts to create a visual representation of your inner sanctuary.
We’ll close with space for quiet reflection and optional sharing. This session is designed to leave you with a soothing mental image and a creative tool you can return to whenever your mind feels cluttered.
No art experience needed — just bring an open mind and a willingness to slow down.
Led by art therapy practitioner and well-being coach Tracy Thomas, this session is open to everyone. The focus is on the process, not the final product. Come as you are and enjoy a moment of calm, creativity, and connection.
