Healthcare providers, parents, and educators will benefit from this lunch-and-learn to become acquainted with the most effective, neurodiversity-affirming intervention for autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent youth and their families.

IRL Social Skills teaches communication, relational, and social skills through a proven-effective curriculum. Our classes are conducted online, with same-age peers. our teens and young adult classes are parent-mediated, while our adult classes adapt the same approach to building skills but focusing on dating and employment relationships.

Our approach is trauma-informed and holistic, incorporating somatic and mindfulness practices for improved self-awareness and self-regulation. The result is overwhelmingly transformative, with all participants reporting improved confidence, clarity, and self-regard.

P articipants will gain an increased understanding of the crucial role social skills play in our world. You’ll also connect with referral partners with a track record of success in helping their clients improve their skills acquisition, self-esteem, and self-advocacy.
