This one-hour free webinar is for anyone with an interest in finding out more about the new Preventing Infection in social care settings app developed in partnership between the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), NHS Education for Scotland (NES), and the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre.
This new practice support app is for all staff working in social care settings such as care homes and people’s own homes.
The webinar will be of particular interest to frontline workers and staff with responsibility for infection prevention and control (IPC).
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and for discussion.
The purpose of the app is to support staff with accessible, practical, and current evidence-based guidance on preventing infection and control in social care settings.
