This 2-hour National Training Week (NTW) webinar is designed to help participants build emotional resilience and mental well-being in today’s fast-paced, demanding work environment.
Work pressure, tight deadlines, and constant demands can gradually affect focus, emotions, and overall performance. This session focuses on building awareness first, helping participants recognize early signs of stress and mental strain before they escalate into burnout or disengagement.
Participants will learn practical, easy-to-apply techniques to manage everyday work stress, regulate emotional responses, and stay calm and focused during challenging moments. Through guided exercises and simple self-regulation tools, the webinar helps participants strengthen resilience and develop healthier coping habits at work.
This session also serves as a practical preview of a deeper resilience programme, emphasizing skills that can be applied immediately to create a healthier, more balanced, and supportive work experience.
