Join us for a fun and informative in-person event at 277 Park Ave! Whether you’re a seasoned skier/snowboarder or a beginner, this class is perfect for you. Our Physical Therapist, Caroline Fitzpatrick will teach you essential stretching techniques to improve your performance on the slopes and prevent injuries.
In this class, you’ll learn a variety of stretching exercises specifically tailored for skiers and snowboarders. Caroline will guide you through each exercise and provide helpful tips to maximize your flexibility and strength.
