We’re an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. All classes are FREE this day so it’s the perfect time to join us! We’ll be holding 4 classes: 8:30 am, 9:45 am, 11 am, and 12:30 pm. We’ll also be providing coffee/tea, a post-class snack and a giveaway to all participants!
