Join us for the April edition of Bed-Stuy’s Community Board 3 Health & Social Services Wellness Series, an afternoon rooted in movement, education, and community care.
Hosted at Restoration Plaza (Lower Level) and led by Esfir Health & Performance in partnership with The Fit In Wellness Collective, this free community gathering is designed to support women’s health through accessible, evidence-based wellness practices.
We’ll start with an educational lecture led by Esfir Health & Performance, exploring how women’s bodies evolve across different life stages and how to support those changes through nutrition and lifestyle.
The goal is to empower women with real, applicable tools to better understand their bodies—without jargon or judgment.
From there, we’ll transition into a gentle connection session led by The Fit In—focused on rebuilding and strengthening from the inside out through:
