We put different mental health topics under the spotlight every few weeks in the hope we can shed light on personal experiences, raise awareness, and challenge stigma. The sessions are led by MHFA England accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructors and sometimes guests with professional or personal experiences in the highlighted topics.
