A Practical Webinar Series for Structured, Standards-Aligned Digital Transformation
We are delighted to announce the launch of a new three-part webinar series designed to help organisations adopt Information Management and BIM in a structured, practical, and standards-aligned way.
The Information Management / BIM Adoption Strategy Supports series is aimed at organisations that want to move beyond isolated digital tools and pilot projects, and instead build coordinated, repeatable ways of working that deliver long-term value.
Rather than focusing on technology alone, the series demonstrates how leadership intent, governance, processes, capability, and technology must work together to support real organisational change. Each session introduces a set of Build Digital supports and shows how they should be used correctly—through live walkthroughs, worked examples, and real-world scenarios.
The series is aligned with ISO 19650 and the Irish BIM mandate and supports both public and private sector organisations at different stages of maturity.
This session explains why Information Management and BIM are now critical capabilities. It explores how a structured, standards-based approach improves collaboration, reduces risk and rework, and delivers measurable value for money.
This session focuses on what effective adoption looks like within an organisation. It introduces the Adoption Roadmap, Adoption Strategy, and Adoption Plan, and demonstrates how to move from intent to structured delivery.
This session explains how to ensure that technology genuinely enables Information Management. It introduces the Technology Evaluation Methodology, Deployment Strategy, and Deployment Plan supports, with worked examples.
Asset owners, senior leaders, transformation leads, BIM managers, digital leads, IT teams, procurement professionals, and anyone responsible for planning, delivering, or enabling Information Management and BIM adoption.
