Many times healing practitioners assume that people know what they do and how it can help them in their own lives. I have discovered that many people in my circle, do not understand what Breathwork is and how it can help everyday stress, anxiety, sadness, and even the expansion of gratitude and joy.
Some people assume that you need to be a little “woo woo” to appreciate the benefits of Breathwork. You will learn in this webinar that this is certainly not the case. The medical community is recognizing the benefits of this centuries-old practice and even my primary physician wants to refer me to patients.
