Find out about support at BCU
This webinar will be a chance to find out what you need to know about support at university, whether you have a disability, health condition, mental health difficulty, or Specific Learning Difficulty like dyslexia, dyspraxia, or ADHD.
At the webinar, you will be able to ask questions about disability support including:
- Applying for Disabled Students’ Allowances
- Arranging your support at the university
- Student finance
- Support for mental health difficulties
There is no obligation to attend the webinar, but we hope it will provide useful information about the support you will get at university and what you need to do to get ready. The webinar will be held using MS Teams and you will be able to ask questions live or put them in the chat if you prefer not to speak.
If you would like to come please note the following:
- If you need any reasonable adjustments to enable you to attend the webinar, please email disability@bcu.ac.uk as soon as possible or tell us what you think you will need on the booking form.
- The webinar will not be recorded. If you aren’t able to come to this one, don’t worry, we can arrange another opportunity for you to ask questions.
- Please note that any questions you ask or personal information you give will be seen and heard by other attendees so if you prefer to keep these private, please send an email afterwards to disability@bcu.ac.uk
