Creativity in the Classroom webinar

Narrative Alchemy (formerly AlterEgo Creative Solutions) is one of the leading providers of theatre-in-education and applied theatre productions in the UK.

We have projects that tackle knife crime, sexual exploitation, county lines, hate crime, extremism, sexism, and mental health.

The 30-minute bite-size webinar will be hosted by artistic director Sean McGrath, and will explore the:-

• What is Creativity?
• Why is Creativity important in the classroom?
• How can Creativity and Creative Practices help to support mental health, and help young people navigate critical life moments?
• What Narrative Alchemy do and how do we do it?

Sean McGrath has been working in theatre and creative practices for over 20 years. He is a graduate of The Oxford School of Drama, a fellow of The Royal Society of Arts, a member of The Writer’s Guild of Great Britain, an associate director for The Cambridge Shakespeare Festival, and he is currently furthering his studies on an MSt Masters Program in Writing for Performance at The University of Cambridge — where his research interest lies in Narrative Theory and how stories can create change.
