FREE HIV Webinar hosted by Solent NHS Trust Sexual Health Services on Tuesday 28th November at 4-5pm, as part of our World AIDS Day 2023 event schedule.

The webinar will give a brief introduction to HIV, aimed at non-clinical professionals working in Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight. However, clinical colleagues are most welcome to join.

During this 1 hour webinar, we will cover:

• An introduction to local Sexual Health services
• An introduction to the Sexual Health Promotion & HIV team
• HIV and AIDS — what is the difference
• Reducing Stigma
• Prevention methods: Testing, Treatment, Condoms, PrEP and PEP
• Symptoms and transmission awareness
• Resources available for professionals and signposting
• Upcoming campaigns
