Online webinar delivered by Mental Health Practitioners & support workers from Harrow Mental Health Support Team. This webinar is designed to support parents and carers of children who attend secondary school (age 11-18) in the borough of Harrow.

The webinar will include:

• An introduction to the Harrow Mental Health Support Team
• Psycho education about teenage mental health, including low mood, anxiety, & skills and strategies which may be helpful to support your child
• Tips for having difficult conversations with your young person about mental health
