Join a group for a mindful walk to recharge, slow down, and have fun.

Together we’ll explore the city from a new perspective, tuning into our senses and trying playful, creative practices to connect with the city — and with each other. It’s two meaningful hours with like-minded people and a chance to form new connections. These walks have already taken place in the USA, Thailand, and Serbia.

What to expect on the walk:

Practices to awaken all the senses, Creative tasks that spark imagination and play, Group activities for connection and shared discovery, Reflections on how we experience the city — its spaces, emotions, and associations, New ways of noticing architecture and urban details through attention to your own sensations

This is not a city tour, and we won’t be learning about the city’s history. Instead, we’ll explore the city through our own senses and associations.
