BKLVLUP Community Walking Tours: New York Ave, Utica Ave, Residential Area

On August 3rd, our third tour will begin at the intersection of Clarendon Road & New York Avenue. This tour will further explore East Flatbush’s residential neighborhoods and observe many new, out-of-character buildings learn how this problem has arisen from a misclassification in New York City’s Zoning Code.

For each date, we will have two separate tours:

• The 11 AM tour is a more technical tour for residents and community board members who are already versed on current development patterns in the community.
• The 2 PM tour is open to the entire community.

Please be sure to show up at least 15 minutes before the start of your tours so we can make sure we start on time.
