Our street trees do so much: cool our homes, clean the air, mitigate stormwater, provide habitat for wildlife...but did you know they can, at times, provide food and medicine for us as well? During this urban canopy foraging walk we’ll learn the history and culinary uses of some of our most common street trees. We’ll sample a few tasty treats along the way, and imagine a future where our streets are clean enough to eat off of.
