Over the weekend of November 11 — 13, across the globe and all over the US, the public will have the opportunity to see the remarkable difference in buildings built to a Passive House standard. Here in Jersey City, this Passive House project will be open to the public on Sunday, November 13 from noon to 4 pm.
The homeowners will open their nearly completed Passive House for tours with the architects on hand to discuss the design. The home is designed to meet the Passive House EnerPHit standard and sets a positive example for renovating single-family homes in the area.
Attendees will need to wear masks and sign a waiver upon entry.
