Let’s welcome the Spring season with an opportunity to move leisurely, breathe calmly & consciously.
You are invited to this free opportunity to reconnect with yourself, with community, and with nature!
While the weather is still warming up, this walk will be a bit shorter than walks in the past, but it is still great to get outside, no matter what the weather is!
As we leisurely move through Cadman Plaza Park in Brooklyn, we will practice ways to ground ourselves in the present while appreciating all of the beauty that nature has to offer, especially as the Spring season begins, and discuss why this practice is so important for our daily lives.
