In a once-in-a-lifetime exam, Gaokao, the future of 1070000 students in China gets molded in all different shapes and forms, but by the same grid, the same ranking system, and the same piece of paper. We sit and suffer together with 5 of them in a classroom. When their plan to go to Shanghai together seems to be crumbling apart, how do they confront dreams that are about to be lost and people who are about to leave? Let’s indulge in a 3-second silence within a tight daily schedule, and let’s hear the wings of an angel, brushing through our shared space.
