Join us for an Evening Run in Central Park hosted by IronStrength NYC and Super Runner’s Shop UES! Lace-up your running shoes and hit the pavement with fellow runners as we explore the beautiful trails of Central Park. Bag drop on-site, we’ll have some comments on healthy running after we get back and cool down! Runners and walkers are welcome — distances of 3-6 miles are available.
