Sign up for free kickboxing classes! Join us at Herald Square Plaza in front of Macy’s. This class, taught by Patrick Stout Evolution Muay Thai , is an all-levels kickboxing class that focuses on fundamentals and conditioning. Participants will learn basic strikes, defensive movements, footwork, and classic shadow kickboxing drills. Each class will include a warmup, orientation, combinations, drills, calisthenics, distanced sparring and stretching. No prior experience is necessary, but participants should be in good physical shape with no objections from their healthcare providers.
Individuals must be 18 or over to sign up, minors 16 and older may join with a guardian Please note, all registered participants should come 30-15 minutes early to check in and sign waivers. We will take the first 30 participants to show up. Walk-ins are welcomed by 5:45 pm.
