Agenda:
- Guest Introductions (10 mins): Get a quick overview of the growth stage in startups and understand the significance of scaling wisely.
- Guest Presentations (25 mins): Learn from experienced entrepreneurs about the challenges of scaling and how to overcome them, with real-world examples.
- Breakout Session (30-45 mins): Work together to identify potential scaling challenges for your startup and brainstorm solutions, guided by business coaches. Discuss with founders who have successfully scaled their startups in Newark, sharing insights and answering questions.
- Q&A and Networking (15 mins): Engage in discussions and network with fellow entrepreneurs.
