Join Brooklyn Writers Exchange at Brooklyn Heights Library for an hour of writing practice and a half-hour of networking.

We’re a writing support group, and we meet every Thursday evening from 6p-7:30p. Bring whatever you want to work on and get some writing done. It isn’t a critique class or workshop. I’m not a teacher. I’m a fellow writer, the founder, and group organizer.

We write from 6:00-7:00 pm. There are no prompts. Everyone brings their projects to work on.

Then from 7:00-7:30 pm, you can socialize, take off, or keep writing. Whatever works for you.

No one will ask you to share your work or give you unsolicited advice. We’re not a critique group. You don’t have to be from Brooklyn to join us. All writers are welcome!

This is a completely free event. The library sponsors us by reserving their craft room, located on the lower level, through the children’s section. They promote us with flyers and on their website. Libraries writers!
